Investment plans
An investment plan is an integral part of pre-project preparation. It comprises a summary of requirements, proposed designs and preliminary cost estimates. The investment plan has to include necessary documentation that informs the investor about the future course of its investment plan and about the profitability that can be reasonably expected.
