Spatial study

The spatial study considers the opportunities and limits defined by the type of the natural environment. Simultaneously, it takes the client’s wishes and requirements into account. It also involves the investigation of the property and the processing of the best possible routing and golf course elements; i.e. greens and teeing grounds. Other important zones are also considered at this stage: practice areas, clubhouse, parking lots, technical facilities and equipment or water surfaces.
