Master plan
The master plan is the core development document of the entire project. During its compilation we emphasize the harmony between the future golf resort and its surroundings. It is our goal to combine sensitive landscaping with the development of golf resorts of extraordinary quality.
During the master plan the essential functions of the golf course are formulated and interconnections between those functions are defined:
- Comprehensive golf resort design
- golf
- residential zones
- hotel, sports and relaxation amenities
- Designs of club houses, technical buildings and technical equipment
- Processing of territorial planning documents
The compilation of a golf resort master plan is preceded – in addition to the evaluation of the selected site – by the cautious consideration of the economic and social conditions prevailing in the area as they substantially contribute to the successful operation of the resort.
