Economic analyses

Because we want to make sure that golf courses designed by our studio are not only visually spectacular and of high quality but also prosperous, we carefully evaluate the economic aspects of every project. Besides the preparation of economic analyses we secure the production of documents for grant programs.

Feasibility study (FS – feasibility study)

Feasibility study represents the highest level of investment plan analysis. Among others, it includes investment efficiency analysis and a project stability forecast in time and depending on changes in parameters.

Cost-benefit analysis (CBA - cost benefit analysis)

The aim of this analysis is to calculate financial costs to be spent on project implementation and revenues generated by the completed project as well as to provide financial analysis of all other social benefits. It should give the investor a comprehensive idea of project and operation-related financial demands and of the overall benefits the project may bring to the investor and the region where it is implemented.

Preparation of documents and data for grant programs

The Structural Funds of the European Union, the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic offer grant programs that can be used by our investors for the full or partial funding of their projects. Our studio will prepare or will have prepared documents required for respective applications for these funds.
