Golf course master plan
Designing of golf courses always respects the topographic nature and potential of the site. It is always our goal to integrate in the final version of the golf course plan a maximum number of close-to-nature solutions while reducing artificial landscape formation.
Information obtained from marketing studies and site and sustainability analysis become a basis for the conceptual design of the final golf course layout:
- Determination of a golf style and landscape character
- Situation of the ‘heart of the premises’ – i.e. a club house, technical equipment and facilities and infrastructure
- Concept of future programs and budgets
"It is our priority to design golf courses that give the impression of a symbiotic landscape element even though they were created by a designer and with the aid of state-of-the art technologies."
